Closing my account! Pathetic service!
Second complaint! One phone call after the first complain and again a week with no feedback and problem not solved!!! Ombidts man it is! Worst bank e er with the most ****ty customer service ever

Since the 6th of April I have been phoning explanation after explanation begging pleading for this to be solved and nothing!!! Useless!

You have back loggs because agent go on leave without updating customers or doing a hand over for a case to be worked on when they are not there! You are dealing with peoples livlyhoods and you don't give one ****!! I will be finding a new bank capitec can go **** themselves!
