closing Credit card

In the past 2 months have written reviews about Capitec and I'm at a point were I just want to close everything I have with it and part ways. I went to a capitec branch to close my paid up credit card. and I was told that the lady need to send a email to head office to close it. its been 5 days I haven't heard anything from the head office or the branch I went to. Now I'm been charge interest and all the admin fees, then they'll be telling me that I have to pay more money even though I went to the bank to close it earlier. I'm soo frustrated from this bank all the complains that I have to deal with. And all of them are not been taken serious to be resolved.
