Closing account without consulting me

This people from.capitec have no. Shame watsoever its easy for them to just close and account with consulting the owner just listining one side of the story. My story is was trying to buy artime on the 15th it ddnt went through then yesterday i went to the branch to ask they told my account is closed because someone which i dont know phoned them and said she bought somthing for300 to me and now am not answring my calls. They then shut down my account without confirming this stupid story to me Capitec you so not proffessional
