Closed my account without consulting me

I noticed in August before the end of the month that there was a problem with my capitec account. My debit orders used to come off this account. What i normally did, i would transfer enough funds from fnb cheque account to Capitec transact. I tried several times, the transfer was not successful each time & it was nearing the end of the month so i was worried my car insurance and other debit orders would bounce. I went to the capitec branch to enquire. The consultant informed me that my account was closed and it would never be opened again, as there was a suspected ********** activity and they were still investigating. They just closed my account without consulting me, their client because i was not aware. As there were no notifications from their side on suspected ********** activity which involved my account, totally not a fault of mine & i was oblivious of anything that happened. They refused to actleast give me my bank statements and keep the account because there is no shortage of professional banks i can do business with. I couldn't file my returns for this year as a result of their unbecoming behaviour. I now have a broken record with sars and probably might not qualify for my FIA tax clearance. To add to my demise, i ended up being disqualified by my bank for a credit card which i already signed an agreement for, i only had to bring an ITA34 from SARS, they could issue me with one because i did not file for 2016, the reason i could not file is Capitec Bank.

They say i can't receive anything related to my account as the account is no longer active, but suprisingly, my medical aid credited me to this Account and Capitec accepted the funds even though they said i am no longer their client. Why still accept funds to come in. I rate this bank the worst in customer service, you don't just close an account without liasing with your client. I have suffered and endured a lot because of them.
