Closed my account ,***

Capitec close my account without informing me as owner i phoned them and they told me sonebody by the name carol reported that u was selling weavy hair on facebook,she deposited 5000 on her account,then i ran away with her money.they decided to stooped my account because it a *****,that lady carol told them that she tried to contact me and not getting hold on me.i tried to speak to carol what she did she dropp my calls that means she does not want to discuss this case with me and what worries me they even close my account which iam receiving my sAlary please help me out casuse carol was owing me,she is talking lies and capitec does not speak to me to here my side .
