Closed Bank Account

I have an account with Capitec an recently my account was closed without an notice I only knew about this when someone was trying to deposit money in my account and it refused I did go to bank but till today they don't give me clear explanation to why my account is closed and to make matters worse my salary is in that account and they don't want to transfer it to a different account they say forensic is the one that closed that account and they are still investigating so they can't open it my life is a leaving hell I have a bad name in credit bureau thanks to Capitec all my installments didn't go through. When I go back to the bank they say they are still waiting for an update from forensic it's been weeks what is it that they are investigating because is clearer the is nothing I can't take this anymore this bull
