Closed account

I'm still in awe regarding my capitec account I was left hanging after they closed my account why is it not possible to trace the exact owner of the ********** account whom we thought was a legit investment we invested with that led to our accounts being stopped capitec system is a fail for the fact that they cannot login to our accounts after they have stopped them and find details of the person who sent money to our accounts is very discouraging I've been hoping that this mistake of ********** funds I received would be rectified but no still my account is closed and they have no way forward
