Closed account

<p>I have a savings account with capitec which was recently closed because apparently someone was using my account to **** people on OLX. My problem with the bank is their lack of communication, I haven't received any formal communication with them stating exactly what the problem is. If I go to the branch they really can tell me what the process is regarding this issue. Was told to provide affidavit from the people who sent me money to that account which is something I don't have a problem with, but an email at least notifying me of the problem and the process to follow in order to resolve this was going to make a huge difference.</p>
