Closed Account

I'm so ****ed off with Capitec Bank the depression they made me go through since last year is unbearable after years I have been using my account. Capitec Bank closed my account on the 30th of October 2024 I had about R3000 and something in my main account and the other money was on my savings account as it was a stockfel money. Capitec Bank asked me about three transactions that happened on my account 8500, 5000, and 4000 and I did submit what was requested which is a detailed affidavit of where the money was coming from and my certified copy of my ID as asked. After 2 weeks I received a message telling me that my account was open but when I went and tried to withdraw my money I couldn't I went back to the branch and told them then they told me that my account was still under investigation bear in mind I had also the money of my stovel on the saving as well for December. I had to borrow money from people just for the stokfel to get their money because to them it was going to be like I use their money for my own needs. This is so frustrating as I don't understand what should I do now. Also, Capitec should tell us not to have Savings in our account as they are treating us badly with our money
