Close your Capitec account before it's too late! My funds was blocked almost 6 months ago, and Capitec just said they are investigating and it should be resolved in a few weeks. Months later and no progress, Capitec is just too happy to ******* me out of my own money. If I contact the call centre I'm told to go into a branch, when I'm at a branch with my ID and doing fingerprint verification, they tell me they must contact the call centre and get back to me, this is how it goes on for months. If this isn't a S_C_A_M, I don't know what is.
