Close your branches in townships if you are going to treat us like trash

Why do you open branches in the townships if you are going to treat black people in this matter? It is cold and I have been waiting outside since 07:30 while your staff members are having a meeting.

They just closed the door and do not even feel the need to speak to us, and we thought you were a bank for black people.

Such a shame, by the way I'm still waiting for the bank to open.
