Close my account without letting me know.
Account under investigation There has been a stop status added to my account , i have inquired with regards that someone money by mistake which the money is only R240. All i can say is that CAPITEC is the bad BANK.
So my concern is that i am entitled to have my funds released as if my account has been under investigation for a 3 weeks now and they never gave me an explanation to date and my money still remains in the possession of capitec my only question is who should be under investigation? I thought my funds would be safe at Capitec Bank.
