Clients before Employees.

Capitec Bank is more concerned about the clients and making as much money as possible and don't care about the employees. They are always quick to dismiss employees. A client calls to complain about a consultant they quickly get rid of the employee without considering how long the employee has been there or how minor the offense is. When you work there you are expected toake no mistake because one strike and you are out.
