Client UNFRIENDLY CAPITEC SYSTEM!!!
Absolutely pathetic service!! My 82 yr old mother must now go into the bank to sort out a 'glitch' that THEY caused by not paying the interest on her fixed term investment into her designated account!!!
REALLY? An 82 yr old wheel chair bond lady!!!!!!!?
My advice: AVOID CAPITEC!!!
