Client Security is poor

I have been a capitec client for over 10yrs and I never had any major problems with them until I happen to be in ******* and it was so disappointing to know that someone can buy online without extra security if they just get hold of your card to top it off I can't even broke the card immediately at the ATM I really think this matter should be looked into considering high crime rates in our country I don't understand how you could overlook these factors.
