Client in distress and on the verge of an anxiety attack

I had made an arrangement of paying R1000 while I’m still on my internship program as I only get a stipend of R3500 and last month I spoke to a consultant and made a payment of R900 and some change, I then sent an email that I still get a stipend of R3500 nothing has changed so I would like to stick to that arrangement as I only get paid R3500 and can’t afford R3100.This morning I was debited an amount of R3016 and another amount of R470 went off, I don’t know how this is possible as I have explained my current financial predicament , as we speak my bank balance is R0.00.

I don't understand how this could be done to me.

I just called the collections department and was promised by a manager (I'm sorry didn't get his name) but he handle the call with care and was promised the R2486 would be reversed into my account and the R1000 remain debited as per the previous arrangement and I should receive a call tomorrow to make another arrangement for December, I will await for the reversal. Thank you to the manager who took the call, I was in a very frantic and desperate state and he was able to calm me down and handled the call professionally and also with the right amount of Emotional intelligence.

The reversal has been done , thank you so much to the manager I spoke to in the collections department. I wish I could remember his name though, if I don't get a call tomorrow I will personally go to the bank and make sure an arrangement is done for December.
