Client Harassment

<p>Harassment - I use to be a loyal customer of Capitec Bank, i took out a loan with them last year July. I decided in October 2016 to rather switch to FNB as they could provide me with more services and support. I still have an active loan with Capitec and even though i don't bank with them anymore i have never defaulted on my payments. I get paid various dates each month and it is never the same, but every month before the 1st i get called by Capitec's loan department and i get harassed as to why i have defaulted on my loan and have not made payment as yet and each and every month i have to re-explain my situation and also state that i signed a legal binding document with Capitec that states my debit order date must be the 1st of each month due to the unknown date of my salary. This is becoming highly unacceptable at the moment and just reminds me as to why i no longer bank with Capitec. A consultant has just phoned me about 10 minutes ago and the same story happend again, when i asked her to speak to a manager i was told to go to a Capitec branch to change my debit order date (So i must make the effort to go to their branch to see the manager even though i am no longer a client) and then when i asked to speak to the manager she reported to i was told that there was no manager on duty and she will give me their contact details (What, so i must waste my airtime to explain the same senario i have been having for the past year again over and over). Really pathetic...........................................DONT BANK WITH CAPITEC - THEY ARE USELESS</p>
