Clever money making (especially during COVID) by deducting debit orders to early!!!!!

Our vehicle deduction is supposed to go off on 27th - monies are always available from the 25th or the 26th - Wesbank has a story that its not their problem and that Capitec deducted early because of the holidays !!!!!

That meant that we paid R7 costs for the reversal and a 10 minute phone call (due to high call volumes and a ridiculous conversation with the machine - R20) where MTN made some money

SO THIS IS EASY MONEY FOR CAPITEC - deduct to early and you make R50 000 000 (if only half of the 14 million customers uses the debit order facilities) - I think this is very clever way to make up for COVID losses

Maybe Capitec could sponsor R1/citizen for the 50 000 000 vaccinations government is talking about :) :( :(

I hope the Capitec Reputation risk person that reads this has a red face afterwards !
