clearing of cheques

I'm really don't understand why should I suffer nor loan meanwhile I have money I have money in my bank account, I want to the bayside branch to inquire about special clearances but only told I'm waste my time by wanting glad do that can it will take about 10 days for it clear that for is unacceptable and I will not accept as I have my own reasons to want the funds to be realised early! No someone needs to do something about this or I will be forced to escalate this matter higher
