Clearing of cash

Good Day

My aunt has been waiting for cash to clear here account since last week.

She spoke to one of the consultants and was informed that the cash will be cleared by yesterday 4 Nov.

The amount is more than 150 000 and the person who sent it to here has confirmed with a paid up later that they made the transfer.

Please assist in clearing out this process for us I doubt it should take this long.
