Clearance letter

I had an multi loan that was handed over to Coombe and Associates (now called Flemix) settled the account in full through a garnish order in 2011. Till this day I still dont have a clearance letter, Flemix says they cant issue it beause their mandate was cancelled by Capitec, I've been to several Capitec Branches, now one seems to be able to help me with this matter. I've been asked to send a mail with documents to [Email Removed] I did that several times but I still have no response and my credit profile still shows judgement after almost 5years that I paid the account. Can someone refer me to the relevant people. Clearly my emails arent being read as I dont even have a ref no, the staff at the branches arent helpful! What's a man gotta do in this situation? #CapitecMustFall
