Clearance issues

Special clearance paid for on cheque and nothing is getting done, phoned in a week later and they say the cheque will clear by business tomorrow, i phone again today to make sure now they say No special clearance was asked and they cant see when the cheque will clear, very useless service, very unhappy, be careful of small banks, here is your proof, they simply cannot give good service, lets see if i get help
