Clearance from capitec to FNB
EFT to FNB takes forever and the response is that 48 working hours then it will reflect, it has been 53 hours now plus weekend hours and still haven't received my money

14 May 2020, 08:28Went to a capetic branch and they said I should wait it said 48 hours , to point it out that was Wednesday around 11am and the money was send Saturday . CALLED customers care they said I can receive it but they will charge me and it not guarantee that I will get my money back.
Today is Thursday beside of 52hours and I still haven't got my money.
What confuses me is that they say use banks so your money is safe but at the end I haven't seen my psychical money but then it looks like it is already gone missing from a capetic account.
Is Capetic a **** bank or is capetic really a ****ty bank?
Worse at time like this pandemic era and they choose to lose money and blame it on us again.
BTW everything is correct due details on the trancastion. Even took my time to show a teller and they said they don't know what wrong . I should wait again...So should I wait for Jesus to come back !!!?
