Clear up my dead status

Good day I got problem with my life status I was declared dead at home affairs but now I did get that document from home affairs state that I'm no longer declared dead person can you guys correct on your side .when I took the document to the nearest Capitec Bank I can't get help . But I went to bay west mall Capitec Bank branch I did get some help the lady was assisting me said she will calle I never got a call
