clear at ICT

I have judgement against my name by moors Dlamini attorney instructed by Capitec Bank then I paid up in June 2018, Moors Dlamini send me paid up letter 19/06/2018 but Capitec Bank on Transunion says I still own them the capital sum when I call them the refuse to clear my name at ICT they say I must request it in February 2019
