Claiming We're unable to verify your app installation ERROR Code 011 and 004

I am trying to login to my banking app and it keeps failing showing error code 011 and 004?This Bank and it's app has been a problem since before March 2024 with always some kind of problem. This is ridiculous. And all this happens when you need to pay your bills or get water of electricity and you can't access your own account
