Claim not responded to nor was it paid.

I took a loan at capitec bank in 2013 which i was paying with no hassle. I was left with 5 months to finish paying the loan, unfortunately, I was retrenched at work in august 2015.<br> <br> I went and claimed from Capitec, submitted all the documents they asked me to. then I made an arrangement to pay R500 for 3 months, which it takes for the claim to be approved or declined. this I did, at the end of the 3 months capitec went straight to debiting from my account the original amount of 4000. they never rep**** to my claim. when I called in, they told me I need to go to port Elizabeth and ask the person I made the claim with. I don't even remember the consultant's name. I do not leave in port Elizabeth anymore. did I mention I was retrenched? I was not in a position to go to port Elizabeth, even if I called. with whom will I say I made the claim and submitted the documents to? because I wasn't given anything.<br> <br> just be careful out there I know its January and people will want to take loans. take care of who you talk to and get their addresses if you can in case they resign from the company. <br> this I will never forget, lesson i tell you.
