CLAIM ENQUIRY Good morning I am a Capitec client who held a funeral cover for my(mother in law) that has passed away on the 19th of January. I have logged in a claim on the 21st January but i haven't got the feedback as yet they are telling me they are still waiting for the insurer to respond off which the funeral is tomorrow.
