I still don't know why capitec is still doing this to my family, we're still stuck on debts that we made because we wanted to lay our loved one to rest because capitec didn't deliver on their promise of being there during difficult times ,instead we're still being harassed by debtors because we're unable to pay them back because we haven't not yet received our claim after this long time despite providing all the relevant documents
