Claim

I'm still finding it hard as to how capitec operates we made a claim a long time ago and even today our claim is yet to be paid and we're stuck with debts that we made as a family collectively because we wanted to burry our loved one and now I'm stuck with debts made from that commitment and the confusing part is that someone was paid and yet we submitted the same documents that were required and here I'm still struggling to pay back the debtors because I trusted capitec to be there
