Circumstances are sometimes out of our control. Being spoken to like a human being doesn't cost anything.

I have been a loyal customer for years. Went onto debt review but they've always gotten paid on time.

I haven't gotten paid in 3 months due to unforeseen circumstances and my debt review lapsed. In the meantime I set up a debt review and sent emails letting the creditors know my predicament.

Yet everyday i get a call. Everyday from a different agent. Everyday i explain the same thing. But the way some of these agents speak to people are atrocious.

I'm making sure plans are in place, while worrying about what my children are going to eat. Then people like this phone me every day like im some ********. Some are nice, but others...
