Cheque special clearance

I went to capitec bank on the 14 of May 2015 and deposited a cheque to my account and asked for special clearance, where they told me it would only take 3 days to clear. I went in today just to ask what is going on and how far is the cheque from cleared the they told me its going to take between 10-14 days to clear.<br> <br> Looks like none of the staff actually knows what is going on im very unhappy about this as I need the money urgently and thats why I asked for special clearance on the cheque. Why can all the other banks clear a cheque quickly but not capitec? I am a very unhappy and unsatisfied client...<br> <br> Is there nothing that can be done to make this process quicker as I will be banking more cheques in the near future and im not willing to wait so long then I will rather take my bussiness to another bank.
