Cheque Clearance 14 Days this is madness!!!!

I have never come across any thing crazy like this. My wife went to deposit a Cheque into my capitec account and was told that clearance (Funds available) will only be available after F!@# 14 days. for special clearance 7-10 days. ***!!! then the charges for special clearance is R189.00 really. Normal banks clearance is 7 days & Special clearance is 3 Days. I will definitely close this account and move to the one of the big 5. this is not the only issue I had. I had a multi Loan and my account has been debited every time money was available, Although I had an arrangement. (that tells me they have a Nado Tracking system in place witch by the way is *******) I had to call every time to have the money TRF then had to draw it immediately, what I didn't like is they tell you how to draw and handle my money. Now I have to wait 14 days for my chq to clear. Will they give me money in the mean time NO. I AM DEFINITELY CLOSING THIS ACCOUNT AND MOVING TO FNB. I WILL ADVISE EVERY ONE ABOUT THIS MADNESS, INCLUDEING MY BUSSINESS PARTNERS AND CHURCH MEMBERS I WILL SPREAD THE WORD SPEAK ABOUT OPEN AND HOUNESTY FROM CAPITEC REALLY.
