Cheap service

I've now come to the decision to leave Capitec Bank as my primary account. At this stage I would rather pay more bank charges then to stay here. I've been with Capitec for the longest time and this is the **** I get for being loyal and always speaking highly of this company. They don't care about their clients. I am a firm believer in customer service, being client centric and this week Capitec has failed me as thier long standing client.
