CHASING CUSTOMERS AWAY
So I had a call from Kyle at 11:38 advising me that an offer was available. I was told that there would be a follow up call regarding the outcome. Within 5 seconds of ending the call I got an email declining the application. Please advise how that works? CAPITEC AUTOMATICALLY DECLINE THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR EVERYTHING - BUT OTHER BANKS APPROVE APPLICATIONS USING THE VERY SAME CAPITEC BANK STATEMENTS!!!!!!!!
