Charging kids to exchange their coins????

Today’s is my 8 year old daughters’s birthday and she wanted to exchange her coins she’s been saving for almost a year. In any case, I went to the Capitec branch in Signet Terrace only to be told by the guy in the front that is R10 per hundred rand. Is that how you guys work with kids? Absolutely disgusting service!!! You guys definitely don’t deserve the best bank award.
