charged on closed account

<p>I decided to open savings account with capitec , since I wanted to save money on it. My account was linked with the previous one . That was already settled long time ago at campus square. I had a loan with them , in which when they open loan, they automatically open savings account. When I closed the account I asked both to be closed. Recently the lady at Protea mall she confirmed that I am not owing them anything. She will issue a new card which I going to be charged. Other than that I don't owe them anything. Today I deposited 800 into my account to save was told I am owing them. Please help because I don't owe them anything. </p>
