Chargeback for **** Synthetic Hair

Hi Capitec Bank.I received **** hair from China and I wanted to do a chargeback now I asked Capitec consultants to help me but they are telling me I can't be helped,I have all the proof here whereby Aliexpress told me to return the item but the seller will pay for the shipping costs now they tell me to pay for my own shipping costs so that i get a refund but I will not get a fully covered refund for the money I will use for paying the shipping costs,How fair is this coz shipping from South Africa to China is so expensive i saved for that money to pay hair why should i spend more money by returning the hair? This is so unfair i can't even lodge a dispute from your side,Please assist!
