Chargeback enforcement

Capitec must tell us if chargeback code applies to them as well because their clients do lose money in many ways but they do is to require police case number afterwards clients that told is used up. My dispute is you find that a *******/********** has an account with the bank. I urge them to improve in that area to be able to assist their clients, their current system to handle such cases is very bad.
