Chargeback
I purchased Dr Martens Boots from Faris Drip Apparel and unfortunately they were replicas (****). I tired multiple times to contact them to get a refund but I haven't gotten any response. I went to one of the capitec branches to ask for a chargeback but they said they don't do chargeback. I have all the evidence that I was scanned. What can I do?
