Chaos and rude consultants

Your EASTGATE branch needs a complete overhaul. I have been a loyal Capitec client for over 8 years and used the Eastgate branch often. I understand since the start of the pandemic, the logistical difficulties and adjustment from both us the clients and staff but that doesnt give your consultant (Annelise) the right to speak to people as if she's speaking to a rapid dog. Her utterly unacceptable behaviour added with the disorganization at the branch will have me reconsidering the Bank in general. Get your HOUSE in order and structures in place to assist your clientele or prepare to lose your clients. Worst branch ever
