Changing my personal details without my consent

I went to capitec bank parow center on the 7th September 2025 to transfer my savings money to the normal account I was assisted by one of the coloured consultant she helped me well with the transferring she offered me a capitec SIM card that I will get 30gig for 3months I accepted the SIM card and she offered to assist me with setting it up on my phone only to find out she changed my normal SIM card on the banking details to the one she offered without my consent how do we trust consulted who just do things on our personal things without our consent , now people can’t send me money with my old number on capitec I don’t even know the new number she offered me , what happened to privacy ??? So it’s now allowed for consulted to do as they please with our personal stuff next thing am gonna be ****med and they will say they don’t know while there agent are doing as they please on our personal stuff am so DISAPPOINTED in capitec bank I will never trust anyone working there and I think it’s high time for me to change it and go to another bank. ****MERS!!!!!
