Changed my debit order date without consulting me

Once again, Capitec Bank has changed my debit order date without consulting me to a date before my salary is paid in. My salary has always been paid on the 25th of every month for 6 years and now suddenly they decide I get paid on the 20th and moved my debit orders to then. So not only did they bounce, but now I've flagged on my credit report. I am beyond ****ed off. I went in branch today to sort this out, and was assured it would be sorted out and the date changed back and the money deducted because now that I've been paid they haven't deducted it yet. Well, I now get a text message telling me I haven't paid and they'll be deducting double next month. Absolute nightmare experience. I've had a perfect credit score which I've built up in my 6 years of having a salary and they manage to tank it in one day because somebody had some bright idea to decide my salary gets paid in 5 days earlier than it does... I mean, who does that?! I want my credit score rectified, take back your flags, put my debit order date back to the fate of my salary, the 25th, and don't do it again!
