change of debit date

<p>I currently have a loan account with Capitec Bank and This month i started a new job.I went to the branch to amend my debit date and I was told I cannot change date and i must supply proof of new pay date...My employment contract doea not show salary pay day and ths HR department I have to wait for pay day and supply the the bank with payslip so they can amend...I am so disappointed on how the issue is handled and the run around i got when try to resolve the issue.The consultant and the bank are not helpful at all and yet they expec money to paid month end...So frustrating dealing with this bank...</p>
