Change of address on Bank Statements - URGENT ASSISTANCE REQUIRED

Hi! My card expired in October and I went to Capitec Woodmead to get a new debit card (which I did) close my credit card (which I did) and update my address. However, the change of address never got updated and I still have my Pretoria address appearing on my statements, as well as Miss. (I got married months ago, but kept my surname - although it should state "Mrs".) Is there anyone who can help me change my address ASAP?

I thought it was done but when I emailed my statements today I saw it still depicting my old address. Its !!!EXTREMELY URGENT!!! as I need my bank statements to reflect the correct address before applying for a visa, which must be done before day end.
