Change in Personal loan term

I took a personal loan of R137 000 consolidating all my debts in December 2016.i have been paying capitec for 40 months.the term of the loan was 52 months.April the 24th,2020.I went to capitec to enquire about my balance on the loan to my shock.i still owe R95000 and I was told the term was left with 30 months.i regret ever doing the loan with that bank.as soon as the lockdown ends I'm consulting my lawyer or take my case to the ombudsman if the need arises.the instalment of R4533 is too much
