I have a problem here last week Sunday I made withdrawal of a cash send from the atms of cepitec and I got a torn R200 Monday I went to their branch in mlazi megacity where I made withdrawal then they made all the process and took the torn R200 put in plastic and told me I'll get my money within 24 hours yet I haven't received it yesterday I chatted with them on whatsapp but the assistant told me that there's no feedback that matches the incident number they gave now I don't know what to do or the fact that will I get my money cause rent is due and that is rent money
