Cellphone banking *****

I was involved in cellphone banking *****, where I received a call from a guy claiming he was mtn and needed to confirm some of my information as someone else was trying to do a sim swop with my number. After confirming my details the following day my number was no longer working. I did not pay much attention as I thought mtn had done the sim swop anyways. Within a week R3450 was withdrawn from my acc... Even though the money was transfered into another capitec acc that capitec could see the details of the person they advised me that they could not refund my money. Truly disappointed as we keep our money in a bank for the safety of our cash if not I would just keep the cash on me.
