Cellphone banking

In August I received a text that a sim swap has been detected therefore my cellphone banking was deactivated. I quickly contacted my network and they confirmed that there was no such and after confirming that with them I contacted the bank and they confirmed that it has been activated as they suspected ***** on my number. I went to Meadowlands and Jabulani Mall to re-activate it, they said sms has been sent to my new number and (till to date) haven't received it. I went couple of times to the bank and still the problem has not been resolved. I tried logging in on internet which now requires for me to have my app (and my phone is not working) therefore cannot access cellphone banking or even internet banking. Your logo said "simple" but this is just becoming difficult. Why cant I just do internet banking without the phone. This is inconveniencing, time consuming and annoying. Please sort out my cellphone banking as soon as possible as it is your fault since you changed the network.
