Cell Phone Banking

I recently upgraded my phone and was having difficulty loading the app onto my new phone. I went into the branch this morning and was assisted by a gent called Lewaba (sorry if I have misspelt his name)

He too was having difficulty loading it onto my phone but he persisted. He even went so far to walk me outside and see of he could get better signal on my phone to load the app.

He eventually got it loaded and up and running.

I am so impressed with his perseverance and the manner in which he handled my request.
